Individual Counselling

A client and counsellor work in collaboration to help establish positive life changes towards healing and resiliency. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to express themselves. I offer interventions and goal-setting techniques that cater to the needs and comfort of my clients.

 Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk, and Talk Therapy is individual therapy conducted outside the therapy room. The client can share their issues while walking with the counsellor in nature. Walk, and Talk Therapy allows the client to get fresh air and be active. It also helps release tension and anxiety in their body. Clients will enjoy this type of therapy as their counsellor walks alongside their healing journey.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is offered to children between the ages of 3-12 years old. I work with children to help them express themselves through the form of play. I use visual and expressive art, dolls, and board games during these sessions. I teach children how to recognize and regulate these emotions through play. Children benefit from play therapy as it allows a safe space to communicate their inner struggles and needs.

Couples & Family Counselling

Working through relationship problems is important to enhance communication and improve oneself. I conduct counselling with both couples and families to help them work on making positive changes for oneself and their relationships with others. I also offer individual counselling to all clients prior to or alongside their collaborative counselling with all members.

Group Workshops

I conduct workshops related to psychoeducation in group work and educational settings. During these presentations, I provide psychoeducation about mental health topics related to safe care, mindfulness, trauma, anxiety, depression, and so on. I introduce interventions that participants can practise in the workshop and apply to their daily life. My goal for these workshops is to encourage participants to prioritise their mental well-being.
