Cancellation Policy
Clients will be charged full price for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice. The credit card on file will be charged for last minute cancellations and no-shows.
Acceptable Payment Methods
Cash, e-transfer, and credit card.
Clients paying by cash or e-transfer will need to provide a credit card to add to their file. The credit card will be charged for any no-shows or late cancellations.
Extended Health

Clients will need to pay out of pocket after each appointment and will receive a receipt of payment in order to get reimbursed through their extended health. Please check with your insurance provider if they cover services from Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC).

I offer only a select number of sliding scale appointment slots to clients without insurance. Please send me an email to inquire about availability.
